Ordered Mushroom, croissant and coffee. Mushrooms were full of flavour, the croissant was warm and fluffy, and the coffee was creamy. The only minor criticism was the green on top of the mushrooms, it was yellow and not that fresh. The place was open with beautiful sea view. Staffs were friendly, and the food came out quickly. Would highly recommend if you ever visit Airlie Beach. It is conveniently located near the Greyhound bus terminal, great first stop to enjoy a cup of coffee and some food.

This cafe is one of the best cafes in Airlie Beach it's situated right on the marina. The views are so beautiful. Very good services, the coffee is amazing. There's a wide variety of smoothies, and the food is really tasty. The service was great and fast.

Giving 2/3 star as the coffee itself is good, the experience here was not welcoming.I asked a question regarding the sugar that goes into the coffee and what solution’s there were to stop the sugar migrating at the bottom into a cold coffee as appose to using sugar syrup.The waitress’s context and response to my question was that:‘it’s silly for me to not know this already and it’s just common sense’.Those were her exact words, and for somebody who’s not in this particular industry. It’s actually not common sense and an question to learn something new & interesting that day. An engagement conversation turned into a really insulting response.

Amazing and friendly service! Super fast for food as well and who can beat that amazing view!!Eggs bene with ham was super yummy but had a bit of a vinegary taste. Eggs were poached very well and hollandaise was generous!Corn fritters were good but left a little something to be desired as it was quite oily and didn’t have much corn to it. However the chili jam was amazing and complimented all the flavours well. Great value for money!Iced latte / long black also tasted great

Review from March:Rufus is a cute cafe with the perfect view. The service was great, very friendly and was very accommodating to our group of 6. Drinks were so good. Whoever was in charge of making the coffees and our juices left us with a good impression.Sadly, the 3 stars came from the underwhelming quality of food. Although the food sounded good on the menu, portions could have been bigger given their pricing as they were on the smaller side, eggs that were supposed to be runny were all hard boiled etc there was nothing special with these dishes. We thought that maybe this would be a hit and miss on just one dish, but this was consistent with all of our dishes. Would definitely come back for the coffee though.

A solo travellers dream brekkie! The eggs bene was absolutely dripping with hollandaise sauce. Service was super quick and the staff were all so lovely. Even the music playlist gave the place a great atmosphere, a great experience overall

Had breakfast here twice in the week we were in Airlie Beach. They do a delicious eggs Benedict and the sides of mushroom and potato croquettes were also great. Really good location by the marina and the food came out pretty fast as well.No complaints about this place at all.
