I don't usually write reviews but our experience was faultless. The organization, food and service was wonderful and to have a clean kitchen the morning after our party was fantastic.We had a sit down dinner for sixteen- with drinks and canapes prior- and every guest commented on the quality of the food and service.We had to delay because of COVID lockdowns, but Mary and the team made rescheduling a breeze- nothing was too much trouble.We can't wait to use them again.Kellie

I recently used Philip Johnson Catering for a Corporate Cocktail Event for 20 people and whilst I don't normally leave public reviews, I was compelled to on this occasion simply because our experience was nothing less than perfection.We required finger food, someone to make cocktails ,a chef, 2 wait staff and equipment hire which was all done through Philip Johnson - Communication was excellent and attention to detail was flawless. They arrived on time, set-up was slick, and even when we realised our error in not chilling drinks prior to their arrival, it wasn't a problem, they had all the solutions and it was effortless.The food was beyond superb, as was the service from start to finish. There was not an empty glass (or stomach) the entire afternoon, the barman made wonderful cocktails, and at the end of the day, everything was packed up and completely clean as if they were never there.I cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks to Maree and the team - you made our event and we look forward to working with you again.

Wow!These people are incredible!Elevated my party to a five star level with their personable bar service and superb catering skills. The very conscientious staff took care of everything and more. I was a very relaxed host thanks to this supreme catering company.Highly recommend these guys. They will go above and beyond.Thank you Philip and Mary for your excellent service.

For the second year running we have used the team at Philip Johnson Catering for our Riverfire party, and I am so thrilled with the job they did.Nothing was too much trouble, the food was incredible, the service impeccable and they are a really nice bunch of people as well.Our guests are still raving about it, which is awesome!Special thanks to Dylan for creating such a seamless environment for me in the planning stages, it was a real pleasure to feel like we were in such safe hands, and the flow of the party on the night confirmed that they are a team of professionals who are at the top of their game.Having Philip onsite for the event made it even more special.I would encourage anyone looking at hosting an event to talk to PJC, you won’t be disappointed.Lyn Griffiths and Rohan BanningAmazing Apartments - Brisbane

These guys have absolute horrible driving etiquette. Their black van cut me off dangerously driving down on Ann St in Fortitude Valley. It would’ve taken out our entire car if it had not been for the cat-like reflexes and skill of our driver. Do you trust these people to deliver your food?!
