I went to inspect the property, Neeru Vimal was sales agent. She arrived 30 mins late, instead of saying sorry for late arrival, She started blaming us. During inspecting she was busy on phone. After inspecting property, I asked her the floor plan with measurement, in reply she said U could have asked me via email so that I don't need to come here to open doors for u.First she was saying blinds will be installed next week ,later said U need to buy property without blinds. No stoves and exhaust on property, when asked if they installing or not? She replied U can see on photo, it's there, however not seen on photo as well.She doesn't know how to reply politely when asked any questions.

Amol is an absolute gem of an agent! He is very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. We recently purchased property from him and I could always reach him and he would never hesitate to put in the works to allow us to inspect the propertie. I would give him 000 rating Vish Safi from oaks property group be aware of this person.He is a big lier don’t trust his word's to make a sales and for some commission he can go very low. He doesn’t even have any experience of selling property. He sold us a property and promised us so many things but at the end nothing was done. It’s been a month chasing him for the answers but He then blocked our number and just ignored us. we called the oaks property office and emailed them as well but no reply from them even. Please buyers be very careful this person. We had a very bad experience with him.

Typical useless realtorsI had a newborn and when my ac stopped working during peak summer these guys just did nothing.Asked for a residency certificate for school enrolment, and they denied the request and provided lecture on what school could do.What kinda losers would say no to a request for a 4 year old's school enrolment?
