I was really excited to order my Inzer belt after a few recommendations from my friends about loaded lifting. Unfortunately i was only met with disappointment. It has been 3-4 months since i’ve placed the order, no updates, and they don’t even answer my calls. I even went for the plain black one for an estimated arrival time of a month. I feel completely let down, and definitely would not recommend buying any products from this place, because you will be waiting for a really long time, it’s not worth it. Better off just to buy straight from Inzer/direct supplier instead.

The Loaded lifting team really goes above and beyond with their customer service. Had the best experience ordering some lifting shoes from them. Needed to make an exchange for sizing twice; their response time was incredibly fast and they all have such a nice and professional manner. Would highly recommend these guys!!

Bought my knee sleeves probably 5 years ago and have lasted this entire time. They have been through intense sessions and never failed me doubling down as shin protectors for my deadlifts too. Quality equipment at great prices. I prefer Loaded over my local big name brands over east.

Fantastic local company that I’ve purchased a long list of equipment and apparel from.Always blown away at the quality of the products and how their range has grown over the past few years.Never had any problems with returns/replacements if I purchase incorrect sizes which is also good to know. Customer Service is horrid and robotic. Does not offer any sympathy when considering the refunds of poorly built materials. Refunds are at best left with no ACTUAL refund to the account but instead vouchers and store credit. Deals expressed on their spammy emails are lies to make consumers jump the gun and are not reimbursed when the item drops to a cheaper price days after. Items are always out of stock.

Have shopped from Loaded Lifting for many years and their customer service and warehouse team are great. Very glad that they have produced their own line of gym equipment which are absolutely great quality. Definitely the store you should buy from, especially if you’re in Perth as they have a click & collect service from their warehouse in Malaga.
