Bay Island Transport

I've had fabulous service from these guys. They've been experiencing issues with their phone service thanks to their phone company and I know it has caused them huge issues. The office staff are super helpful! Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful disregard for my belongings. No understanding of how to pack a truck properly. Extremely poor customer service and when things are broken and damaged, no follow up and no care for the owner. On top of that when you help their company out by helping their driver, storing their truck for them, looking after their keys etc cos their drivers gets ill, you dont even get a thankyou!!! The old saying you get what you pay for doesnt apply here, they were certainly not cheap but i got 3rd rate dodgy service!!! Never again

Couldn't use them. For the third time in a row they've not followed up on my request for a written quote. The staff who answer the phone don't have a way of working out the price and quoting properly. Their attitude is very casual and doesn't respect the time of their customers who have to keep getting on to them for an answer. This last time we had to make alternative arrangement as they didn't seem to want the job. The actual drivers and goods handlers have always been polite and helpful though. The customer service skills of the office staff show a lack of experience and training. The satisfaction of their potential customers is not high on their list of priorities.Response to your response: Sorry Louise, but the time of year is not an excuse. My experience is the same no matter what time of year I approach your company for help. As I said it's the third time in a row..that is over recent months. Is it personal??

I have been using this company for over 20 years and have always had great experiences. They recently brought over a large number of boxes for us which their delivery drivers carried into our home and were able to deliver earlier than expected.

Extremely rude to the people bringing them business. Lady cant have her temper in control. Swearing and yelling. +1 for professionalism.

I have worked with Bay Islands for a while now and their service is excellent. Their prices are reasonable and everybody who works there is kind, friendly and professional. Recently, after many perfect deliveries, I had one where things didn't go as planned. The whole team reacted quickly to sort the problem with integrity and professionalism. A great company and one we've very lucky to have on the islands. Great people offering an great service.

They were on time , priced not bad. Reliable, we'll use them again. Staff on the phone were helpful and friendly.

We have had many deliveries (and many more to come) provided by Bay Island Transport and are extremely happy with their service. In particular, yesterday we required a pick up urgently for delivery to us today. They went above and beyond to ensure we received our delivery today considering yesterday they had power outages and barge cancellations to come over to the islands due to the weather.
