I bought a Triumph Scrambler in Feb 2021 with some extras. after repeated excuses and promises they still haven't delivered or installed the extras that I purchased more than 18 Months later. I have to keep chasing them they never follow up. once they have your money their service goes out the window.

Mitch and the staff have been excellent to deal with and made purchasing a new bike pressure free and enjoyable. Mitch even picked me up from the train station to help me pick up the new bike.By far the best interaction with a bike dealer I have experienced so far.

This was one of the best sales experience I ever had. Mitch and his team (Chis and Charlie) were not only professional and knowledgable but also very supportive. They helped me get the best deal and I can't express how grateful I am. For us, this was a 'big purchase' (Moto Guzzi California Touring SE) but Mitch made it so smooth and easy - Mitch shows genuine concern to his clients. He went out of his way to help us and support us. I would like to thank Mitch and his team for an outstanding service. Do not bother to look anywhere else. Went in to purchase a bike and spend 20k and all they wanted to do is close the doors and get on with their weekend! I asked about demo rides and was invited for the following sat for demo ride, I thought ok no worries, second time I went in because I wanted to test ride a bike before purchase , stood there for 15mins and was approached by one of the salesmen which asked if I was right , said I was here for a demo ride in which he replied not without leathers and protective gear. So two trips to buy a motorcycle which I travelled half an hr to do so and no motorcycle , will be taking my business somewhere else. Unhappy
