Called with a specific order and the team when above and beyond to accommodate my request.Went to the shop to see sample and that was a easy and pleasant experience, it’s a family business with hight customer service standards and a lot of knowledge, all options of flooring felt possible for our project. Great to have so much to choose from and be able to ask questions without feeling rushed.Once the order was in the communication of the team was excellent all the way to the end. The customer service at Mona Vale Flooring Xtra is unbelievable. After having been treated like dirt from Carpet Call, dealing with Josh in Mona Vale has been effortless and easy. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for new flooring.

A great experience from beginning to end. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. He was helpful and provided advice without the hard sell. The carpet installation went really smoothly. The guys were polite, considerate and did a great job. The carpet looks amazing and we are really happy. So happy you were recommended to me. We have used Campell and the team at MVFX twice now for engineeredflooring work. The first time they provided the product and consulted with our trades about how to install. The second time they supplied and installed the flooring. In both cases they have been friendly, communicative, supportive and professional. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the customer service from the team at Flooring Xtra Mona Vale (Josh and Campbell) and the flooring product I purchased, 12 mm laminate floor boards and 5mm underlay, were both quality products.Campbell went above and beyond to work with me on the pick up timing, and I was blown away by his help and also the help of the team at the warehouse.Thanks Campbell and Josh for making this purchase super easy and stress free.

We had 3 quotes for our laminate flooring at our home in Avalon Beach.Campbell was extremely professional and helpful from the first time we walked into their Mona Vale showroom to the final touches of our flooring.Their installer Daniel did a superb job levelling the floor before laying down the floating laminate boards, could not fault his skill.We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Flooring Xtra mona Vale

We have just had stunning engineered timber floors installed throughout our home by Flooring Xtra Mona Vale and we are thrilled with the result. The entire process, starting with Campbell's excellent customer service, his ability to go above and beyond to work within our time frame to accommodate us and our fantastic installer, Jerome, who was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and extemely meticulous.
