I was recommended this salon by some friends who were going to the same event as me. I had booked an updo and sent reference photos prior to the appointment and showed the hairdresser when I was there.I didn’t realise that for the $90 I was charged that they don’t do a wash and blow dry before styling. My hair was very frizzy from the weather but they didn’t do much to style it aside from adding curls for volume. The hairdresser suggested teasing the hair for some volume which I agreed to but it didn’t come out anything like I had hoped. My hair looked flat and frizzy. I felt as though the hairdresser had taken a different direction with the style which I wasn’t very happy with but I had an appointment immediately after and wouldn’t have had time to really change anything. I didn’t really know what to say and was trying not to cry.My hair looked nothing like the reference photo as I’d asked for a sleek neat bun.Furthermore, the pins in the bun were visible and started falling out once I was at my event.I’ve attached the reference photo and what my hair looked like immediately after the appointment.

Salon is modern and clean, and everyone is so friendly!! Abigail is fantastic and is so good at her job! Always walk out with exactly what I asked for, she is an asset to the business!

I'm from our of town and I had a lovely colour and cut with Abigail who might still be training but she did a FANTASTIC job. Super happy. Was a lovely place, would recommend.
