I was not happy at all when someone advertised a property for a set amount and was prepared to pay that amount, but then it gets treated like an auctionJust to change the goal posts on the price advertised, then why not advertise property as the best offer or a price between such and such twice? This has happened no chance of the 3rd time I advise everybody as a buyer stay clear as you will be paying more than advertised.Unhappy potential buy
