Hi AllI was stranded bogged on side of the road in Walcha this is Sunday at 5am a betts driver stopped towed me out then made sure I was ok and took me to the there depot and washed my car they went above and beyond and reminded me me what Australia use to be 5 stars all round wonderful people

Peter and his crew are wonderful people we have a fantastic work relationship with them all they always give a helping hand when we need to use their truck trailers for our bands and when their workers come and stay with us here at the walcha caravan park their so clean and really respectful of the cabins

today 14/6/21 at 10.45 on the M1 motorway at Ourimbah interchange saw a BETTS Transport truck tailgating a car with children in the backseat then passed the car blasting its horn, we have it all on dash cam

On Friday 20th July 2018 at 7pm I was approached by a heavy vehicle from rear whilst travelling south on M1 through Roadworks between cooranbong and Ourimbah, the truck was traveling at high speed despite the displayed speed limit of 80km/hr. I was in the right lane traveling with traffic but the truck was trying to bully all traffic out of his was by intimidation and driving dangerously close behind my car. I had my family in the car with two children in the back who were terrified and shocked by what was going on. I tried speeding up to create gap but he was very persistent and kept creeping up. Then I tried to slow down below speed limit to indicate driver to slow down but instead he started flashing and getting more aggressive towards me, at one point he would have been centimetres behind me whilst travelling at above 70km/hr.It comes to show that this company does not care about public safety and following road rules. No professionalism is within this company. I’m also sure that they do not regularly drug test all drivers to ensure safety procedures. I will make an official complaint to the local law enforcement station and request RMS to conduct an audit for safety of other road users.
