Overall a very good experience. Obviously very knowledgable about their product. I worked with Scott to have a in-slab hydronic heating system and ducted air-con systems installed. Apart from a couple scheduling hiccups, there is nothing to complain about.

I got quotes for a Ducted Air con unit and a Hydronic heating setup, but didn’t feel comfortable with either the air con or heating sales guys. A neighbour recommended Mercury, and they were fantastic. Tom was able to explain all the options and variables, even though we changed our minds on a few things, and needed the quote adjusted a few times. They coordinated the installation of both AC and Hydronic systems over 3 days, and the cooling works great. I am sure when winter hits the heating will also be great – the towel rails and panels look fantastic. Communication was A1 about when and how the work would be done. Happily recommend Mercury.

Our builder recommended a number of different contractors to engage with for our heating and cooling needs.Tom at Mercury went above and beyond to ensure we completely understood all of the available options for our new build.Super excited to fire up our hydronic heating this winter, our ducted air-conditioning has ensured the painful hot summer days are no longer!

We used Mercury to install ducted heating and cooling during the renovation of our house and again a few years later when we installed a split system in a separate building. Both times we were delighted with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown by the installers.Whenever we have had questions or service needs since, Scott and his team have been responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had both hydronic heating and split system air-conditioning installed in our new home by Mercury Heating and Cooling. There doesn't seem to be anything about heating and cooling that Scott doesn't know. He and his team were professional, open to options and suggestions, and responsive throughout the process. Mercury have also been fantastic with follow up questions and concerns. Very highly recommend their services.

After researching a number of different companies it was clear Mercury were the best HVAC company to engage with for our new build.Tom worked in with our architect & builder throughout the duration of the build to ensure both our Hydronic Heating & Ducted Reverse Cycle Systems would ensure we are comfortable all year round!A considerable amount of pre planning work was put in place to ensure the design of the property was not compromised. Aesthetically the AC Linear Grilles aligned with the modern look we were after.Highly recommend

I undertook an extension to my house recently, and upgraded my Air Con through the process. My architect recommended Mercury because they had worked with them before and knew they could provide the high end finish we required. The specification process was multi stage and handled well. Installation went perfectly, and I know my builder is now using Mercury on some other projects. Highly recommend.
