This store USE to be amazing now it’s absolute rubbish!!! My order has been pending for the last 13 days Australia post have advised they have not received the parcel for delivery. Contacted the email and mobile number multiple time. Now have lodged a complaint with fair trading. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I don't usually write reviews but this time is different. I ordered Sleeping Bag for toddler and when I received it, it wasn't the right size, it didn't have any tag but is was in a package, so I had to take it out of the package to give that a try. I sent the item back and requested refund and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing from this shop as the customer service is awful, they don't answer the email and with text they answer you back who knows when. I had to follow up everything myself so after text messages I have found out they have received the item but hasn't said anything to me. I was told as it is not in the original package and they can't sell it to someone else they have to post it back to me. I said ok. Nothing again for few weeks and I had to follow up again myself and then finally they said we ship it to your address today and I received back my item. The customer service is awful, they are not responsive and every time that I wrote to them I will write a review for your shop I was answered by them. I will never by from this shop and I am not an online shopper and this experience proved to me never by online.

Never buy from this website. They sent the wrong item, and they have an email address or mobile number you can text message. I have tried to contact them numerous times and they just ignore my messages

DO NOT BUY FROM HEREI really wish I read the reviews of this website first before I ordered my vaporiser. It seems as though it's a lucky dip, you may or you may not get a product that isn't faulty, but if you are one of the unlucky one's, they will take your money and not respond to your emails. So hard to believe that a website is able to survive operating like this.There are plenty of other website's selling the same products, do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere as there is ZERO customer service after they have taken your money.

Ordered a Bjorn potty 23 Sep 2022. 5 weeks later potty still has not been dispatched and numerous emails and text messages to Swaddleshop remain unanswered. I am currently trying to get a refund through PayPal. I do not recommended buying from this shop.

Great service, website was easy to use and delivery was super fast (ordered Wednesday, received Friday).One of the sleep bags I ordered was out of stock in one colour so they contacted me to see if I wanted a different colour (I've ordered from other places in the past who just automatically refund so then you have to pay extra shipping when you put a second order through).Will definitely use Swaddle Shop again.

Purchased 2 swaddles and they were never delivered. Have tried contacting this company several times. Contacting my bank to help as this company just takes your money.Update- bank has since reimbursed me as the parcel never arrived.

I messaged the Swaddle Shop on their provided contact number as I urgently needed to purchase a 3.5 tog sleeping bag for my toddler. Not only did they respond immediately they also offered to hand deliver it to me the same morning (my address was on the way and they were travelling in to the city). Amazing customer service and product. Went over and above. Will recommend to all my mummy friends, thank you!

Worst experience ever shopping with them. I placed an order on 24th of may for ergo pouch and on 29th of may I informed them that the pouch I received is faulty and they asked to send order number, batch number of the pouch and some pictures of the pouch.They informed me that I’ll get a replace and till this date I haven’t received anything. I am trying to contact them but no reply and winter are almost to an end.Such disappointment and poor customer service, won’t be ordering from them for sure and will recommend the same.Spend little bit extra somewhere to save your time and you’re little one from this winter .

Ergo pouch sleep suit arrived with a hole in it. I sent a text message to the mobile number provided on the website and received a reply from 'Sam' who stated they will sort this out asap.I never heard back. I tried calling and texting the number numerous times. I emailed the provided email address and also have received no reply.I have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair trading.DO NOT buy from the shop.
