We couldn't be happier with our experience using Pinnacle Pools.We had a complex job involving building a new pool partially within the shell of an old pool, while extending up one end and filling in a spa.We had several businesses out and received lots of vague or contradictory advice about the best approach, none of whom gave us the confidence they could achieve both the aesthetic AND the long-lasting durability we wanted from our investment.Then we met Clint, Dave and the team from Pinnacle Pools.Friendly, quietly confident and extremely technically proficient, Clint addressed all of the technical issues with the build and came up with a solution that would look incredible and stand the test of time.They were endlessly patient with me having a new idea every day to run by them, as we worked towards the final design (sorry Dave!) They also explained each step of the build as they went, as we learned all of the shortcuts used by some pool builders that they were careful to avoid.Partner suppliers love working with them and constantly comment that they are the best in the business.And lastly, they were very fairly and competitively priced, and their after service a year later has been extremely impressive.

Pinnacle Pools were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the initial design stage to the very end build. They were honest, professional and reliable through the entire process. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished project, even better than we could have envisaged. These guys were good to deal with and know what they're doing. Our build was complicated with a lot of moving parts, and we were fussy clients. Pinnacle were happy to talk with all our builders to ensure things ran smoothly. Dave explained details of the build, step by step. It was obvious he took pride in the build and had held very high standards. Clint is the nicest guy and was happy to accommodate any of our multiple requests without complaint.The job turned out awesome. Super happy with the end result. Its not cheap to build a custom pool, but these guys were the fairest out of all quotes we received and we're happy to have used them.

From the moment Sammy entered our home, I knew Pinnacle Pools was the company I wanted to create our pool.Their whole team, especially Dave who managed the site and overall build, were first class and a pleasure to deal with.Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always knew what was happening during construction, and when it was going to happen.The end result was beyond our expectations, and the whole family loved every second of our first summer with a Pinnacle Pool.To top it all off, the professional photo shoot after completion was an amazing experience with even more amazing outcome. Pinnacle Pools were very professional with every step of the construction process. Our first contact was with Sandy who impressed with her knowledge. We then met with Sammy and he was very easy to deal with and helped with the design of our pool. Once construction started, Dave and Clint were fantastic and gave us plenty of advice along the way.
