Dropped my bike in for its first service, Tom was amazing went over and above, he is extremely thorough when it comes to bikes (bike whisperer) adjusted the bike and sorted out all the minor teething issues. The team make you feel comfortable and always happy to assist and welcome you back. Highly recommend will always give you guy’s my business.

Phenomenal customer service. I was served by Oscar, Darryl and Connor over two visits. I only went in to get some information about possibly getting a bike later on in the year. They were extremely knowledgeable, and asked questions about what we actually needed, instead of just trying to sell something. So I decided to get a bike. Then my partner got a bike. The next day I returned with my daughter to get a bike as she has long out grown hers. Keep up the good work.

Was welcomed with a warm smile as I walked in. When I walked back to the front counter for some help, I was approached immediately by another staff member.When he searched and said size I was after wasn't available, another staff went outside to bring in a small one which fitted me. She continued and helped me search for all the gear I needed and helped me pack it into my car. Overall 5 star service.

The team really helped out when trying to find an obscure part for a child bike seat. They eventually found one in another state and the part was ready for pick up the next day.All other times I've been the team are very genuine and knowledgeable

From my first visit understanding the complex world of ebikes and all its variations, prices, and setups, Daryl presented a showcase of professionalism and kindness while taking me into this learning journey. Always worried about providing me with exactly what I needed, I've never felt any upselling approach and ultimately got an amazing bike that took me back into an exercise routine after years out of it. Today, I went back for a quick service and installed a bike rack where the same outstanding customer service was provided. Well done, mate. Parramata store is completely out of my way, but you got yourself a loyal customer who appreciates your work ethics and friendliness. Keep up with the great stuff. Unparalleled service. I had my 2019 Trek DS2 serviced (first service in its bike life shamefully) here today by Joe. He was amazingly professional and courteous from the get-go, taking the time to run through the condition of the bike to make sure I booked the right service tier for it and listened to my concerns about the derailleurs. His explanations exemplified his detailed knowledge and trustworthiness (it's very refreshing to deal with a human and not a salesman trying to upsell you on everything). During the service he contacted me to advise of the progress and some issues which he discovered (not too surprising as this bike was in the elements for some time). He even sent detailed photos of the issues discovered, work carried out and the of the bike once finished. Finally upon collecting my bike Joe ran through all the work he did and gave me some handy tips about future maintenance. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would 110% recommend this place and Joe to anyone looking to service or purchase a bike. Cheers!

Have not rode my bike in ages they helped me fix it up. A guy named Tom helped me out, he had so much knowledge and made many suggestions to help me. Was overall a very good experience. Nice to know they care about the customers
