One word for Cody - Phenomenal! Was so professional, intellectual and charming. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease as I normally have problems shopping in malls and especially for my hair. He was realistic but knowledgeable about the condition of my hair - so I was able to get exactly what I was looking for but more ! Will be coming back especially as he introduced me to a hair colourist I mentioned I have been wanting to dye my hair. Will be coming back xoxo

This place is truly a cut above the rest!!!I am expressing my gratitude to all of you at Hairhouse Highpoint! Your professionalism as a whole is admirable. The staff are incredibly experienced, courteous and friendly and always make you feel welcome and heard. They consistently demonstrate a willingness to ensure that I receive their undivided attention, advice and exemplary hair care. This is usually a rare feat with most hairdressers, or hairstylists. Product recommendations have been ‘on point’ and they have made my hair healthier than it has ever been. I would unequivocally recommend this store to everyone I know without hesitation. Thank you all so very much for your dedication, patience and time. For this, I am truly grateful! My hair is forever in your care!

Absolutely love my hair! Julia did an amazing job, she took her time and walked me through the process. Honestly the best service I could ask for. I also purchased some hair products for my kids and they were amazing. Can’t fault the staff at hairhouse highpoint! Very down to earth and easy going which keeps you comfortable.

Went in today to get a new stud for my nose and a tube of colour for my hair and Cody was amazing! From the min I walked in to the end of the transaction he had me smiling! So lovely and seeing him interact with the other customers as well. Amazing! Will definitely be going back to the Highpoint store to see him again.
