Thank you to the team at ADC, everyone is so wonderful and professional. Tamara is amazing, she is so funny, friendly and a true diamond expert. She helped my fiance design my dream engagement ring and she was so patient and helpful every step of the way. I strongly recommend booking a consultation with her!Peter made my ring and I am so happy with his masterpiece. I can't help but admire it all the time!Today I met Brenda for my scheduled maintenance visit and she returned my ring looking brand new, super sparkly and clear! I forgot how good my ring could look! She was so sweet and lovely :)

Love my beautiful ring so much. It sparkles in the sunlight. Tamara was very informative and helpful. She was patient and didn’t pressure my fiancé or myself into ordering it that day. We were very pleased with the service we received and ended up purchasing the ring not long after our initial appointment. There was an issue with the ring size being too big after purchase as the thin band fits differently to the size rings in store but they were able to fix it up within 2 weeks. Thank you to the team for my stunning ring. I cannot stop looking at it!

Disappointing to find that the follow up service has deteriorated significantly. ADC used to offer free cleans and checks whenever you popped in. These now need to be made by appointment, which are never available. Unsurprisingly, there are plenty of appointments available for sales consultations. Extremely difficult to get an appointment to get rings checked on weekends, so if you don't work in the CBD, look elsewhere.ETA - thanks for the response. Pleased to see that there is now a lot more availability for maintenance and cleaning - hope this continues and the investment in post sales service matches the investment in new sales.

She was able to assist me me with all my quirky needs for the ring of which they all worked out perfectly!
