Allcare don’t care at all. We had a delivery that resulted in the item a hitting a wall and damaging it. we had a witness, photos of the damaged wall and delivery item and provided to their management. They would not return our calls for 2 weeks, then refused to acknowledge the incident. Reading other reviews, this is not an isolated scenario - highly suggest NOT USING Allcare.
