I purchased an outbound rapid 6 awning, along with wall kits and rhino rack mounting brackets. Went camping on the beach front over Christmas for its first outing only to find that it was only partially assembled, it was missing bolts to hold all the awning poles together, so we had no way of securing and using it, meaning no shelter for the trip.Emailed supapeg twice about the awning not being assembled correctly and had no response back at all, so very poor on after sale service.Would have been five star if assembled correctly or they had responded and fixed the missing bolts which I've now bought and fixed myself.

Excellent customer care. Emailed late one evening about a faulty product (spigot) bought via 3rd party. Sales team (Isaac) responded the following morning with a resolution before I was even out of bed. Shipped a new replacement free of charge to cover warranty. No questions asked. Just great service!Full marks for a great customer experience!!Great service team!

My supa leg awning is broken after only 2 years. It was used once. The bolts attaching the awning to its metal bracket (not to roof) are tiny in diameter and one snapped clean. I don't go on rough roads and yet there was only one other skinny bolt stopping the awning from flying off and potentially damaging or harming others. The product it rubbish. It also had multiple holes in the canvas despite it's one use.

Bought the 270 free standing awning. Have taken on a few camp trips and works a charm! Noticed a small seam came lose, contacted supapeg who have sent out a replacement, and even accommodated our travel plans to have the old one sent back. Solid product and great customer service, well worth buying!

I purchased a second hand Rapid Wing 6 and who else but the manufacturer to properly fit it.I pre arranged to have it fitted to my D-max to the side of a flat cage Rhino Rack. Isac and Adrian looked at my set up and very quickly summised that their brackets would not fit.So the boys pulled out the measuring tape and custom built 2 in stainless right there at the Yatla factory. Half an hour later Isac fitted my wing and aslo supplied the ropes and pegs I was missing in the handy carry bag along with the manual. Unbelievable service and quality, I am so happy with this wing and more with team at Supa-Peg. I can not recommend these guys highly enough.

Very disappointed with the service and product. After a lot of consulting with Supapeg we took the caravan to Yatala and a week off work, apparently it takes a week to fit an awning.5 days later they called and told us they couldn’t fit the awning! Absolute terrible management.Took it to my local caravan service and repairs and they fitted it in 2 hours easily.After using it several times now I can say that the pole connections are weak and the design is far from good.How about you guys go back to the drawing board and put the product through testing and developmental stages before selling a flawed product.
