The transformation course is perfect if your feeling nervous about selling or even communication with clients, I was nervous at selling but after a few sessions with Adrian and Tom they helped me understand alot more about the certain character styles. Such good communication and always keen to answer any question you may have about your selling or the course its self. Highly recommend this to anyone whose keen in developing alot more skills and understandings.

Bravo and well done.Adrian Fadini is not only a great Italian stallion but fortunately he is a great plumber and business man who is not scared to teach and share everything he has learn through his hard work and years of experience. To me I think his hard work and dedication pays off.. not only for himself but most importantly to us. His teachings really do give us confidence and make our job easier to analyse situations, deal with customers and sell plumbing services with ease (sales). He is easy going, wise and humours in nature so if you have an issue well..… take a good look at yourself before you go pointing the finger at him ;).

Great chats & conversations held amongst the group by Adrian. Helps to see how others are tracking and different scenarios people come across which you can use or compare to your own situations. Along with the different techniques he suggest & implements in team meetings. Adrian has a great positive vibe and has great knowledge at what he does even when put on the spot!!

The time in training he is spending with us as a whole at Metropolitan/Jim’s plumbing is outstanding. I feel that every course Im attending, I’m learning so much. And in result I’m winning jobs, kicking goals, learning more about people in general and more confident in myself. It’s actually been a blessing to be honest. I would like to thank Adrian and his team for making a huge difference in my husbands business and in turn, our lives. My husband started with Tradesformation over 2 years ago and from the start I noticed a big difference in the way that he operated his business and a huge weight lifted off his shoulders. This resulted in less financial stress for us as a couple and has improved our relationship as we have more financial freedom. I would highly recommend business owners to consider doing the Tradesformation course, it will not only change your business but it will also improve your relationships. P.s He is now able to sell ice to an Eskimo!!
