A great motel experience with clean rooms, undercover parking outside your room, and even old school room service. There's a restaurant on-site with a good menu and even a bar for a beer wine or spirit. If you want to head out, The Shamrock Hotel is also within walking distance.

Nice comfortable room, super friendly staff, great location.Only problem you may find is that is often has low vacancy cause it is so nice. So not a bad thing just book asap. Also book direct as online bookings can cause issues.Not hotels fault but there is a delay for online bookings to reach their system so there is a chance of double booking. Rare but can happen. Staff have always been good at figuring out solutions in these cases

Clean comfortable and restaurant serves quality meals

I was staying here during a work trip and found it to be a really nice place to stay.The breakfast is excellent, particularly the eggs and bacon (some of the nicest bacon I've eaten).The dinner special of crumbed lamb cutlets are the bomb!The staff were friendly and helpful too.Looking forward to staying again.

The pool was really lovely, the rooms were clean and well sized - very comfortable for our overnight stay in Mackay on our way back to Brisbane. The man at reception was very cheery and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Well, where do I start. My wife and I needed urgent accommodation near the hospital. We were over whelmed with the support and assistance provided by the receptionist. After a check with owners who were just finishing off the first room to be fully renovated, we were given a room. The rooms are receiving new beds, smart televisions, carpets, shower screens,etc etc. Basically a full make-over. We weren't sure how long we needed the room for, but that wasn't a problem we just let reception know on a daily basis. Nothing was to hard for any of the staff. Great access, loads of parking, beautiful pool, restaurant and close to everything you may need. This fantastic Motel will be our place to stay when passing through Mackay.
