Today I spoke with Lucinda after nearly an hour online trying to sort out how to link mygov and my ATO account. She helped me by relisting me with the business so I could get my current information needed and required for assistance. She was incredibly considerate and since this is a very stressful time I found it immensely helpful. Lucinda has been my tax accountant since Sept 2014. Lucinda is quietly spoken but has been efficient in preparing my annual tax returns. Over the years, I have asked Lucinda for assistance (by telephone or email) with tax information I could not find. Lucinda has always provided me with tax related answers promptly. Her professional fees are reasonable too!
