I am an occupational therapist and South Australian business owner. I have referred many clients to the Back Centre over the last 10 years. It was disappointing that recently I could not return items that we purchased online for a client trial that never ended up needing those items. Items were unopened, boxed and in original condition.

Tania was very insightful in helping me choose my preferred chair, customising my fabric choice and getting both the comfort and look just right. When checking out, it would not accept that I'd put in a password, when setting up an account. I had to remove the purchase, then add it again. No further problems after that.

We recently ordered a Basset Lumbar back support from the Back Centre in SA. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant and helpful and the back support has now arrived (to Queensland one week after the order was placed) and is exactly as expected. A big help to my husband who is recovering from back surgery. Many thanks to the helpful, efficient people at the Back Centre.

Absolutely amazing customer service.I really appreciate the extra effort staff went to in order for me to receive my pillow asap. The staff seem to really understand the importance of a good nights sleep. The pillow arrived today and my sore neck is looking forward to a good nights rest. 10/10 for service, price and quality. I was looking to replace the gas lift on my chair but didn't actually end up buying through these guys as there was a supplier closer to home that I was able to buy from and save on shipping. However, I would not have managed to do that if not for the information and advice they were able to give me. I emailed them with the little information I had, and they called me to go through in detail exactly what it was that i would need, and even suggested several other places closer to me that i could approach as it would save me from having to spend on shipping. I have no hesitations in recommending these guys!

Buro Persona office chair wore out after two years (10 year warranty). Torn arm rests, squeaky/wobbly on base, worn out seat cushion, etc.Warren at Back Centre went to bat for me when they wanted to deny the warranty and was able to get a complete chair replacement.Buro I'm unimpressed with, a warranty isn't useful if they wont honour it.Back Centre was awesome! Thanks Warren!

Really helpful staff and they sorted me out with a great chair for working from home from their big range. Great price too and they delivered to my home. I went to a large office retailer first and they didn't have any quality chairs, so glad I went to Back Centre. Definitely recommended!

Awesome friendly staff! They fixed my office chair in a couple of minutes at a great price and saved me a lot of backache :) I was expecting to have to leave it a for a day or so, but they were quick, helpful and did a great job saving an expensive chair from the tip!! A good range in store too, they really know chairs!
