This is a review for ford Australia customer service. I bought a car two years ago it's a ford raptor ranger it's been in repair now 10 times and the last time it's been in for two months and ford Australia or the dealer are not giving me a solution and not calling me back. I was driving and the car stopped on the highway and in a very dangerous situation and ford does not care about the situation or trying to find a solution for me. i call customer service every day and all i get told is there is nothing they can do for me at this stage. Shame on you Ford Australia.

Been on the phone for 32 minutes to get to the parts department & with still no avail, absolutely incompetent service I suggest taking your business over to Sutton ford who actually seem to have a parts dept.UPDATE EDIT: Suttons answered in under 5 minutes and I had the part in my possession within 2 hours, definitely worth the drive.

Just got my second hand 2016 Focus back from them for 12k km log book service and everything is great. They provide home pick up and return with loan car while the service window. Special thanks to Linda, Alex and Josh, you guys handle everything so great for me while a busy day and make the car great again. THANK YOU!

Placed a deposit for a ranger v6 sport on the 25th of November and was told over the phone by Matthew Cherne about the vehicle arriving by mid-end of February since then I was told now it could arrive by end of jan however as time went on build dates kept getting pushed back. Until finally the vehicle was built by start of march. The original contact stated an April 1st delivery however I received a revised delivery date of end of may due to a bio security issue on the ports. I expressed my interest to cancel my order as there was no certainty for delivery and from the beginning Id constantly received countless dates being thrown around. Instead of returning the deposit they’ve opted to keep it despite explaining that I must be in a vehicle soon and therefore would be terminating my contract. Deception and lies from the get go and they choose to keep the deposit avoid at all costs. The reviews speak for themselves tread lightly and take there delivery dates over the phone with a grain of salt.

I'm elevating a 1 star rating for spare parts delivery only because they have formerly been of a much higher standard.It took a great deal of effort to finally speak to somebody about getting a remote door control for a 20 yr old Falcon. There appears to be no direct nor well-publicised access to spare parts, so you have to just call the dealer number which isn't intuitive.The online enquiry went un-answered, left messages went un-answered, the phone went un-answered and my complaints went un-answered. So I'm posting it here. When I finally spoke to somebody, their trading hours were limited and I ended up going elsewhere where the experience was first rate.I think these guys have lost interest in selling spare parts, there are so many obstacles to making contact with them that their hearts simply can't be in it. Go to Suttons instead.

I recently bought the Nissan X-Trail from them i would say Raymond (the sales guy) was really good and generous in delivering the customer service and get me a good deal for the vehicle. But there is a lady who was there as a up seller who was trying to up sell lots of additional stuff along with vehicle purchase. I refused everything except one thing which is window tinting. She initially charged me for $900 and come down to $500 because i found out the reasonable price of window tinting. Never ever trust her words. Once I got my vehicle , the vehicle was not tinted and she was fighting with me as it was tinted. I checked with local window tinting shop, they confirmed that it was not tinted.after long and long email conversation, she called my vehicle for inspection where their window tinting person confirmed that it was not tinted. it is ashamed of her as she did not perform her duties properly.she thinks that just sit on the chair and she can make a sale. she never come and check vehicle whether it is completed what she has ordered Be Aware of any purchasers from Brad Garlick, I recommend you to buy the vehicle but not to do any extra stuffs where she will be trying to convince you. Buy vehicle from them and do the maintenance stuff from other parties not from them.

I have brought car to replace front brakes only. We agree that price will be $350. On odometer I had 69,000 km and record in log book about service at $65,000.Instead of requested job the full service was done for $75,000 km!!! I was aggressively asked to agree to replace battery for $330, fog lights for $350, rear brakes for $280.Shameless effort to rip-off customer.I will neve ever come back to Ford service and I will publish description of this experience on all appropriate/corresponding web resources.
