Don’t stay in this hotel unless you want to be waken up by excessive construction noise before 7am. We could have a nice sleep in on our holiday which we really needed but that didn’t happen. Very disappointed.The room was very dusty and we even found a cockroach on the wall (we should have included a photo for this but we panicked). My God so disgusting. The kettle was covered with black deposits inside so we had to ask reception to change it for us. And soon this didn't matter cause the water had a weird smell in it so we bought bottled water instead. Bathroom sink was clogged so water filled up everytime when using.Obviously the room hasn’t been properly cleaned, but you will receive a message from them upon departure reminding you to remove all the rubbish from the room. Very clever way to tell people they neither clean their rooms nor care about the guests.The rate should be much lower than what we've paid due to these downsides.The only advantage of this place is its location. Overall a terrible choice for people on holidays.

Great locationBut I will not stay here again!- no doonas, literally just a sheet (something I’ve never seen before)- kitchen / bathroom bins are absolutely disgusting, rusted, dirty & stunk- apartment had no fresh clean smell, very dull when we first walked in- stains on the carpet-stains on the bath towels-dusty-spa was not hot-pool was dirty

They take $200 from you and apparently I have just been told it could take weeks to return to my bank account.The beds were horrible two single mattress pushed together to make a double room, we had the worst sleep coming home from our holiday with sore backs, and not mention the beds only had a sheet on it, there was warm brown blankets in the wardrobes but they clearly had not been washed so we were hesitant to use them. The only good things about this apartment is the location, we would not stay here again.

It is in a perfect location, walkable distance to the beach, easy to catch public transport because it is just along the road. The rooms are fairly good but they should put universal adapters in the rooms. The first day I really suffered, the batteries for my phones and laptop drained until I bought a universal adapter the following day. Then I feel receptionists are not very friendly and what's more shocking is that they dispose off stuff immediately after checking out when you forget in the room unless a gadget is what they keep only for 30 days. Additionally members of stuff only work during the day, if you need help in the night you are on your own. I feel if they improve on some of the concerns being raised by people it will be one of the best places to stay.

We love staying here. Lucy and front staff are excellent.But be advised there is a development under way next door rendering the pool, spa and outdoor area unusable from 7am until 5.30pm. We then found spa and surrounds gritty and unpleasant sadly. Not the fault of Management but it would have been nice to have been advised. No sleep in and no doors or windows open all day with pile drivers, concrete pumps and trucks and diggers right there all day long. Spoiled our anticipated 3 day break completely.

Date of stay : 11 - 18 May 2023Checkin is after 2 but they are kind enough to allow an earlier checkin. Kudos to the staff.Apartment is clean and spacious.Anything you need to replenish, you ask the reception and they give it to you.Parking is easy and access is secured via control fob attached to your room key.Only downside is the construction behind the hotel and they start work so early from 7 am.

Very convenient location extremely close to the tram station and only a short walk to restaurants. The king bed was 2 singles pushed together with nothing to hold them. Kitchen had 2 saucepans nothing that is suitable for cooking a regular meal. Receptionists were super friendly and helpful with all of our questions.

The room wasn’t clean and we had cockroaches in our room even after they sprayed them.The room didn’t feel clean there was food scraps from other people under the rug and someone’s dirty washing was left in the laundry. The furniture is also dated and uncomfortable. I’m disappointed it wasn’t what I would expect for the price charged per night.

This place was absolutely amazing.Cleanliness was superb ( 10/10)Staffs were friendly and helpful.Pool and gym were fabulous.Beach View was the best.Rooms were cozy.We came here for vacation with the friends, we really enjoyed it. The hotel and team were absolutely amazing and on top of everything.
