Queanbeyan Pharmacy

Our family ends up here far too often, but the service is always amazing, prices are good, and they stock everything we need. Easy to access parking. Disabled access is good too for those that need it. Well deserved 5 stars.

Staff are always lovely. Shop is always well presented.

I can't speak highly enough of this pharmacy. The pharmacists are always friendly and willing to help and answer questions. They give their full attention to each customer and their individual needs. Often they go above and beyond for the customers , chasing up mistakes or omissions from doctors or straightening out confusion. They always ensure that customers have a good understanding of the directions and they are very careful in checking into everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff work very hard at times there is only one pharmacist and this might mean a short wait for your script - but when the pharmacist is attending to you then you know you have their full attention and can ask any questions and that the pharmacist is taking time to make sure everything is correct for you. I much rather go somewhere that is friendly and happy to answer questions and takes time to do the job thouroughly.

Grateful thanks to this pharmacy. Away from home and a forgotten medication, the kind Pharmacist agreed to order the drug on Sunday, with only a photo of the script. This saved a trip into town, the medication was received this morning. Wonderful service as another Queanbeyan Pharmacist was unprepared to do the same. Thank you so much

Female pharmacist very polite and helpful. Went there for a flu shot. Very multicultural. Breath of fresh air.

This pharmacy is just goes above and beyond for their customers. The staff are always friendly even though can sometimes be very busy and under the pump. The shop side is always well stocked. A very friendly place and a pleasure to visit. My parents get their webster packs from there and they are very caring to my parents which makes them feel special and they always comment on 'how kind the girls' are there.

Do not use this chemist if you are Aboriginal as you will be treated as a criminal. The female pharmacist with the glasses made me wait over half an hour for an early script (which I needed as I was as travelling to look after my father who is recovering from surgery). She then loudly discussed that she recording that it was an early reissue so i couldn’t do it again. She then tried to say I hadn’t earlier ask for a bottle of cough syrup. I had to make the request again. She then argued with me saying my ID wasn’t valid as they needed something with my address despite them having my address for issuing my script. The process of purchasing the cough syrup took around 15 minutes and was utterly humiliating (if I had been already been in such a state of distress caused by her lack of professionalism I would have just left) she refused to sell me the size of cough syrup I requested but offered no explanation why. These people shouldn’t have access unwell people let alone power over them. Disgusting people in all.**edit**To add injury to insult i realised later the pharmacist had failed to add my concession to my script and had charged me double the price. This pharmacist needs to be stopped. The people of Queanbeyan can’t afford the financial and emotional toll of incompetence.

I have always found the pharmacists at this chemist to either be very unfriendly or incompetent. I won’t be going back. My recent experience involved a female pharmacist being very unapologetically horrible to me. She talked down to me as if I were nothing, truly nasty and embarrassing feeling.

Been a customer for many years. Love the name change, I have had 4 visits in the last few months and have been served by a young blonde girl 3 times, she is not happy and very blunt unlike all the other lovely staff.
