It was my First time going and at first I was a little worried seeing as I cheated on my original nail lady, but recently moved to my bf place in a different area and to my surprise they did an amazing job. There wasn’t anything I could fault them on. Super friendly and kind, they did a 10/10 job. I will be back I think this is my go to place now. Thanks ladies keep up the friendly work

Poorly done shellac nails. Firstly the manicure tools don’t seemed to be sanitised and the lady who painted my nails just kept rushing and did not pay attention to details. My nails look so thick and bulky after applying more than 5 layers on it (guess she needs to keep adding coats to make the colour look even?)

My friend and I had an incredible experience here getting our manicures. The staff were very organized, did our nails efficiently and on time and even got our specific nail requests correctly. They also treated us to some gift vouchers since it was my friend's birthday. They were really hospitable and lovely overall :)

Absolutely filthy and disgusting. They do not line the tubs when doing pedicures, use the same razors on multiple customers and all of the towels are filthy. I cannot believe the rave reviews about this salon. I have never experienced anything like this. In addition to how filthy this establishment is, the quality of work is beyond a joke. The pedicure was horrible and the “manicure” consisted of drilling my nails down to nothing despite them already being bare and a sloppy paint job. Save your money and just cut your own leg off and save the trouble because an infection is inevitable in this place. Anybody who thinks this salon is decent needs to seek mental assistance.EDIT: Reply to the below.Given you offered me a $50 voucher in store because you could see how upset I was at the service and quality, that I declined - you can keep the $25 voucher and maybe invest in some cleaning products or new towels for your salon. You need it more than me. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing!!! Every one is so friendly and welcoming.The nail artist i had is extremely talented. Her attention to detail was incredible and she made sure everything was perfect. Definitely the best set I’ve ever had.

Highly recommended!! Service was great. This is my first time visiting Queen B skin and Beauty Salon and I had an amazing experience. My nails were done my Natalie and she did an amazing job with attention to detail. Got waxing done by Lilly and Natalie and they are exceptionally skilled and amazing. You guys are the best!!

Going here accidentally but I loved it! I Anna was SO lovely and kind. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was constantly checking my nails from every angle to make sure they were even and perfect. Also, the eye lash she made is perfect and gentle! Highly recommend all my friends here !

I've just got home after having my nails coated with acrylic and coloured, they have done the best I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome and comfortable, it was such a warm feeling of joy and happiness. Thank you so very much today, I still feel great and can't stop looking at my nails.
