Very happy with the service. We ordered the Bee bouquet ~10am on Friday and had it delivered same day around 2pm. When I called the help line to check roughly when the driver is arriving, the representative on the phone was able to quickly check where the driver was. The big bee balloon got deflated the next day, which I contacted The Balloons Online about on Sunday and provided the photos - and they promptly replaced the balloon on Monday.Well done Balloons Online - everyone sells balloons, and you went over and above to provide great customer service!

I ordered a custom bouquet of balloons this morning, as a last min gift. They were on board for delivery 40 mins later! Also, Chris was real nice on the phone, and the balloons themselves were super impressive!

My sister just received her birthday balloons, delivered to her door, to brighten a lockdown birthday! They were fab. Much more beautiful even, than I expected. I chose the 'make your own' option, and they came tied together in a perfect bundle. On time and very professional, too! And Helen from their team was lovely to work with. I recommend!!!

Balloons were delivered in a plastic bag, left at reception. By the time the recipient got them, and released them from the bag, they just dropped to the floor. Customer contact was non-existent. Very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service every step of the way. I ordered a big bunch of balloons with a huge flamingo and glitter balloons for my sister's birthday and they arrived on time with regular communication as to delivery status. Just brilliant.

The team at Balloons online were so easy to deal with. I had to cancel my party last year due to covid but as soon as the restrictions were lifted I contacted Balloons online and the process was so easy and stress free. Delivery was on time and they were also very responsive. I would highly recommend Balloons online and I would use them again.

Thank you so much Balloons Online. Such a smooth and easy transaction (a rare thing these days), and the balloon arrangement was beautiful. 5 days later and there is still no sign of them deflating!
