Concierge Car Wash - Brookvale

Purchased their service on Groupon. After finishing they insisted I had to pay - even though I had already payed through Groupon. Very aggressive. Terrible way to treat a costumer

Regular customer no more - This place has declined in service and quality rapidly over the past 6 months. Extremely unprofessional staff. Advised that my pre-booked clean won't include an interior clean despite this being an inclusion on their website. Staff said a total of 5 words to me before taking my car and driving away, didn’t give me the opportunity to highlight the areas I wanted clean and no confirmation on when it will be complete either. Save your money and use Ecospray on Warringah Road

My car was a mess! More sand in it then at the beach and it was cover in dust, bugs and sap.When I picked up my car after the team at Consierge Car Wash had cleaned I couldn’t recognize it. It looked brand new!They did an incredible job! 10/10 would recommend!

Addit: Obviously I have already contacted the store in Brookvale. The google review came after being ignored (but they did return my ripped mat that they had safely stored without bothering to call me about it). Kindly refer to the contact already made and perhaps aim to not only write generic responses to negative reviews.I knew the moment they asked me the first question, that it was going to be disastrous (intuition mixed with creepy vibes). Of course all my genuine car mats ‘went missing’ and still not found (except for the ones that became ripped, which I assume no one else wanted?). The car stanks and after hundreds of dollars wasted on their most expensive wash, I needed to have it cleaned again properly. The smell of their stale deodoriser/wash is still lingering in the car to cause this nausea feeling. I had my friend in the car who made the same comment. The other car in their place was washed quite well and I even left wondering what special wash that person bought. So in summary, genuine mats worth hundreds to replace went missing, car needed another clean and I hate myself for not driving away on the first question.

Staff did an amazing job on my very dirty car inside and out.Was very pleased with the service .

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the team at Brookvale. I had my van detailed on the inside and out. They took their time and were very thorough. So different to the other local car wash chains, I’ll be back. Thank you

Do not do business with these people! They took 4 hours 'cleaning my car', dirt and sand still EVERYWHERE. I could take my finger and run it across the rims and it comes off pitch black, even though the worker told me 'it's damaged and he can't wash it'. Just another stereotypical lazy Australian who doesn't want to work for what they're paid for. Absolute garbage, will never come back here.

The guys did a great job on my car today. I only had an hour and the result was great. The guys are very respectful, courteous and friendly.I will be going back.
