As the owner of a very timid indoor cat requiring vet care, I needed to find a mobile vet that I felt comfortable and confident with to provide specialist care to my pet. Thank goodness I chose Wags as my first option. Dr Caitlin is incredibly patient, professional and communicative - everything I needed to put me at ease about my cat's needs. Caitlin assessed the issue immediately and helped provide my cat with the medication required. Will definitely be using Wags for future appointments. Highly recommend!

Elly the vet was wonderful with my Darcy, a 30 kg 14 month old GSD who is absolutely terrified of attending a vet clinic. I believe that she's had bad experiences when she was a young puppy.Darcy won't allow my GP vet anywhere near her, but with Elly she was curious & happy to meet her. Darcy is highly excitable when she first meets anyone new, but Elly's calm & reassuring manner helped to calm her down.Elly was professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. WAGS fees are similar to going to a vet clinic. I definitely recommend WAGS to anyone who has a nervous dog. Darcy's health check-up and vaccination was stress free and i will be using WAGS again for sure.

Wonderful service! Dr Caitlin and the nurse that attended to or Cattle dog Whiskey were lovely. This was the first time I have used this service as Whiskey was due for his yearly vaccinations and hates the trip to the vet. I was impressed right form the start with the initial contact with the office very quick on getting back to me. I then had to change the appointment, again this was no problem and handled very efficiently. Honestly the priceing was the same as taking him to the vet. I would highly recomend Wags Mobile Vet. The whole experience was stress free for not only Whiskey but us also. Thank you so much ladies.

Having an anxious cat who gets extremely stressed, we loved having them come to our place. They arrived on time treated our cat with care and kindness and explained everything so we could understand what was going on. Due to our cats issues we have over the last week met all the Nurses and nearly all the vets, everyone of them has been amazing, friendly, kind, caring and soooo helpful. We have definatly found our new Vet Service. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you heaps.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful old boy, Raphael. I cannot speak more highly of Eloise and Caitlin. These beautiful ladies made this very sad time so much easier to cope with.
