Complete joke of a service centre.I run a small business. I need my van to be running in order to keep my business running. I blocked out a day to get my van serviced, meaning I lost income for that day. This is fine, I need to get my vehicle serviced.On their website they say that they can service my van, I was prompted to this centre in particular because it's closest to me. I spoke with someone over the phone to book the service in. Told them the make and model of my van. No problem, booked in and ready to go.I arrived to be told that my vehicle can't be serviced there as it's too big. Next time tell us the width of your van so we can make sure that we can service it"Why does your website say it can service my van? Why is it my responsibility to ensure that you can service my van

I had a great customer service experience at Mycar Tyre & Auto at St Clair. On 2 occasions had issues with my tyres and even though the owner of My car was booked out for 2 weeks he managed to fix my tyre on the spot and help me get back on the road again. If you have any issues with your car or tyres I strongly advise anyone to go to Mycar at St Clair and get great honest service .

Have been taking my car here regularly for the last 4-5 yearsNever has any issues!Anthony the main guy is a top bloke!Always tries to help everyone even when they are flat outHis team is always working and they seem to really know what they are doing.They are always booked out and for good reason.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Great place all round
