Rude staff! (Young guy with a bit of facial hair maybe of middle easter descent) I was in the oyster area waiting for about 3 minutes around 240PM (Nov 2) and then another lady came in after me. He looked at me and then proceeded and took the lady's order then after serving her he went at the back and looked at me again but still proceeded to go to the back the shop. I asked to get a hand from this nice lady who walked all the way from the other side of the shop and she helped me out with my order. I saw this guy again with a chopping board going back to the oyster area as i was leaving.

We just purchased 30 off oysters and reported it. James offered to exchange but once you have eaten an off oyster the last thing you want is more oysters. Please refund selling off product isn't acceptable.

This shop is getting soooo expensive. Until today we used to buy a whole saltwater barramundi once a week from this shop. Pre Xmas it was 19.99/ kilo at Xmas they put it up to $23/ kilo where it’s still sitting at this price. Saltwater barramundi is currently at an all time low at 17.99/ kilo at the Sydney Fish Market - which supplies this company. We’re so sick of the rip off that we now go to the Sydney Fish Market instead. I feel this company could but won’t pass on lower prices. I’m a loyal customer (well I used to be) and I just feel so unappreciated and ripped off. They don’t even do a good job filleting - no love and scales everywhere.

Very friendly staff and great quality fish! Highly recommend Sydney Fresh Seafood manly!! Be sure to sample the cooking demo. It was a great way to try many different types of fish I wouldn’t have tried otherwise
