Does not matter how busy this one is its not run well. No registers available. Far too much staff on to just discuss how to unload tins on shelves or complain about their job. More staff than customers so its odd how it functions so poorly. Takes forever to get out of this one. Focus is clearly on the online customers...who are not in the store.

We go here every week. The staff are friendly and helpful, when you can find them but the setup is good and we have been coming here long enough to know where most things arr.

Simply the worst Woolies deli on the northside. I was there today at 6.06 and was unable to buy any seafood because that department was closed. What the??? No other Woolies (or Coles) closes their deli or a section of it 3 hours before the store closes. Management and staff wouldn't know customer service if it hit them between the eyes. The young bloke at Coles in the same shopping centre could not do more to try to help.

Wow has this store deteriorated over the last 12 mths. Once a great place to shop, now presents as a tired shadow of its former self. Floors often appear dirty and ailes untidy due to shelves being stocked in often peak shopping tmes instead of overnight. Speaking of shelves, often appear bare and either low or out of stock. Heavy reliance on self serve checkouts, with machines frequently having errors. Deli often poorly stocked. Still shop there out of a degree of loyalty"

whats the go here in this picture am I getting a $50 card on special in a hurry have to go somewhere for $15?. I understand human error but lady at the checkout it’s not your money. You won’t get a recommendation or a pay rise for sticking up for the business faults.

The store is a bit dirty and run down compared to some of the Woolworths in the city. The fruit and vegetables aren't as fresh either. It's expensive. There is a better range than other stores though.
