Very helpful and fantastic customer service.There was a slight miscommunication where I posted down my goggle to Victoria (I'm from Sydney) to have the prescription inserts created by Eyesports fitted, only to find out that the inserts were being posted up to me. Even though I may have misread the emails, Eyesports took on the responsibility and sent back up the goggles express post free of charge.The product is great, and the service is even greater. My enquiries were dealt with promptly and professionally and my specs were delivered well before expected. Wonderful, friendly service. They provided me with prescription safety glasses that I couldn't find anywhere else. Using them when working with ceramics and mosaics is a real game changer. I was expecting my glasses to be delivered in 3 weeks time, but I received them within a week. Excellent service!

After a short amount of online research I selected Eyesports mostly because I knew they were physically located and operating in Australia. This was my first experience in ordering glasses online and I have to say I was amazed. I have quite a challenging prescription and the Eyesports team were able to provide a recommendation of a very stylish sports frame that I could use for running or cycling. I ended up ordering the frames with prescription transition lenses so that they would automatically adapt to different light conditions. After sending my prescription to Eyesports they needed a few more details and offered ti contact my optometrist to collect this information. The glasses are just spectacular and I wear them nearly every day either running or cycling. As for the price, we’ll it was very competitive and they even provided an invoice to allow me ti claim a refund from my health insurance provider. Excellent service and highly recommended.
