I had never been to see a health and wellness coach in Brisbane - or well, anywhere! I had always focussed on physio, GP etc. I initially saw Chrissie with weight concerns. However, shortly after starting coaching with her, I realised she was a truly holistic health coach!! Not only did she help me realise that I was gluten, dairy and sugar intolerant, she has been assisting me to manage PTSD and exertional compartment syndrome by showing me how to focus on my health goals and reset my mindset around these health issues. I have enjoyed so much more energy since working with Chrissie and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for REAL results. Thank you Chrissie - your health coaching has changed my life for the better!
