My wife went through BestWest Care for her carers training and the training was good, however they told us that they would assist in getting a position after the training was over and that they have a 95% rate of placement, especially if she did well, which she did and she really wants to work in this field. They lied. They haven't offered any help at all.

I enjoyed studying at Bestwest Care, Kwinana. The staff at best west care have all been very helpful and friendly. Especially my trainer Erina, She is very supportive. Her lessons are very engaging and informative. She's great at building our confidence and her teaching methods are unique. I would highly recommend my Trainer Erina and best west care for those who want to study or add up more qualifications. Thank you Erina for your support.

Very friendly from the first approach. Very knowledgeable staff, who have worked in the industry. Fast paced learning. Very supportive with both course work and work experience. Had the pleasure to also work for their agency which provided an excellent array of work opportunities. I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Bestwest care is the best training facility in Perth whereby you can acquire the best training and placement option. They have manual training equipment in the center. They have good faculty who can access you. I recommend Bestwest care for aged care training to everyone.

Bestwest gave me a great start to my working life in Australia and allayed any fears I had about my qualifications from my country of origin not being accepted. A great team and very supportive. Would work for them again if I wanted to go back to casual work.
