I only provide feedback honestly on my best knowledge and The Astor Hotel deserves a praise. The food was delicious and nicely priced.I came back on 12/1/2023 and was not disappointed. The food was perfect!

Local pub with no nonsense food. If you ask for a schnitzel with gravy and chips, you get exactly that! Good to fill a hole on a budget or for a quick lunch.Menu is relatively small and not particularly exciting as it's mostly standard pub fare.Self serve chilled water tap in the dining room is welcome, and a good event space upstairs.If you're after a quick meal on a budget, then this may be the place for you. If you want a bit of gourmet or a more comprehensive choice there are better food choices nearby.

We stayed here because we loved the look of the retro Palm Springs feel. Our room was behind the pub, we thought it was going to be noisy but it was actually quiet.The room was just a room to sleep in.

I had arranged a small function with another venue, who then over-booked me. The Functions staff at the Astor were amazing, extremely helpful in squeezing us in at late-notice. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, the various cocktail platter foods were all really delicious, and everyone enjoyed the night. Highly recommended!

We attended an event held in the Atrium function room. Very nice room. Balcony, greenery wall which was lit up in the evening. Private door to restrooms. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Brilliant menu choices, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Well worth a visit if stopping through the city or needing a quick catch up, always the go to for a delicious feed and a nice cold drink.

Family friendly, super helpful and really great food. This place is relaxed, welcoming and has a small but diverse menu. A couple of vegan options available and a good kids menu. We keep coming back.
