Wish I had read these reviews before using this florist. This is my first ever negative review for anything, but the male (I assume the owner) that I spoke to was rude and unprofessional and left me seething. Happy to take my money and instead of assuring me that my delivery would happen today just started throwing excuses as to why it had not yet occurred and referring to disclaimers on the website (a website that is the worse designed and disfunctional website I have ever had the misfortune to use). I thought I would use a local instead of my usual florist but never again. My delivery was requested in the AM, to just around the corner from their shop, hopefully the poor 80 year old will get the flowers before her birthday is over!

I asked for a boxed flower arrangement but a bunch of approx 7 iris (none open) and heaps of greenery wrapped in green paper and cellophane delivered. My friend has had a stroke and didn’t need the added hassle of doing her own flower arranging. Rang back and was told, “sorry I was busy this morning as I am moving shops”........

I am always hesitant to leave a bad review for a small business acknowledging people can have a bad day and they should not be judged by an isolated event. However I can see from other reviews that there is a history of bad behavior by this owner. I phoned because I had ordered online and received no confirmation. My enquiry was simple - did you get my order? The response I received was rude, uncalled for and defensive. I was hung up on twice and when I tried to cancel the order I was told the flowers would be delivered and that he was recording our conversation.The flowers were delivered and they were beautiful but I would not use this business again because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner.

Thanks so much for helping me design the cake topper for our 50th Wedding Anniversary on Saturday 12th October 2019. Everyone loved it. Hope you don't mind that I added a few photos on the website.

Wish I had read the reviews for this business prior to purchasing an arrangement for condolence. My experience with this gent was not a pleasant one, but I was just trying to support a local business in the area. I asked for the two items, a plant box and an orchid, was told they could not be delivered till the next day, which was OK. I asked for a Tax Invoice in which I received the card receipt payment slip, then sent another request for the Tax Invoice. The gifts were delivered Wednesday, 5 days later than expected and I still had not received the Tax Invoice. A week later, I rang the gent told me he was too busy and would get to it as soon as he could. Told me I was yelling at him and hung up on me, I definitely did not yell at him, I was trying very hard to not be rude, it was an excuse. I received the Tax Invoice an hour later.It is a requirement to issue an invoice/receipt when requested by a customer.

My partner purchased a bunch of flowers for me for Valentines Day. I was very grateful for his thoughtful gesture, however he paid $95 for the bunch which would have cost $50 max on any normal day. Additionally he was charged $20 delivery from Wallsend to Glendale. So $115 for a bunch worth $60 tops. The flowers were cheery and bright, but nothing exceptional and lasted four days. Don’t bother with these guys, there are plenty of other talented florists out there that deserve your money more.

Called at almost 3pm as the business closes at 4 and still no delivery so I was making sure someone had been home if they had attempted delivery earlier or if they could have been delivered and gone unnoticed. Spoke with a man who stated “as I would have told you yesterday I dont guarantee times” I told him I spoke with a lady yesterday who didn't mention times at all but I was just ensuring they were on their way. 2 from 2 phone calls now I’ve felt as though my business wasn’t wanted, message received.

I called and asked for a suggestion to the florist, the response was quite shocking. I'm sure I heard the word silly" given toward me

The most unprofessional, badly trained and inept florists I've ever dealt with. Over the years I've used many florists that have delivered excellent arrangements of flowers on time. I thought that I'd try a local shop to give them the business-keep it local so to speak. BIG MISTAKE! Valentine's Day flowers for my wife that were going to be delivered in the morning today have still yet to arrive at 5:15pm as it now is. The shop couldn't find any order from me, were not well trained in dealing with customers and one guy even told me I hate this business. I hate Valentine's Day. If I could just close up shop on Valentine's Day I would. I don't know where your order is. The driver probably has it because there's no paper work for it here. It'll probably be delivered to you soon but I can't tell; you any more than this.". My gut feeling is that this is a small

I spoke to the owner and he was very helpful. I didn't fuss over what flowers just said they were for my niece and would probably be her first ever flowers. She absolutely loved what she got.... .and the butterfly that came with them too. Thanks Allan and team. Very happy with the service.
