We are one of the Electrical trades working for Trager Kitchens & Interiors. Tracy and the team are well organised and are always on schedule. They expect high-quality finishes from their trades and we wouldn't hesitate to use them for our own renovations.

Having Tracy Trager from Trager Interiors design and coordinate our entire house renovation was the best thing we ever did. From the initial consult and following concept plans including a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a powder room and laundry to advice on making selections, we found Tracy to be innovative and inspiring. Her professionalism, knowledge and experience along the access to top tradesmen made it a seamless build. You hear some horror stories from people renovating but for us it was exciting and stress free. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home.

We've recently completed a kitchen & laundry renovation with Tracy & we genuinely couldn't be happier. After multiple quotes from various companies it was so refreshing to have a designer come up with a beautiful, functional kitchen that really made the most of the space. She has given us the funky kitchen that not only suits our aesthetic but will age beautifully too. Tracy had her work cut out for her with my husband & myself not always seeing eye to eye - thank goodness for her knowledge & design flair that has left us both LOVING every bit of it! The whole process was smooth from start to finish, great communication & planning, each trade that came in was on time & really professional, very affordable with no compromise on quality. Very easy to deal with. Had a couple of minor issues with damage to product but they were dealt with promptly with no issues. love our new kitchen and all at Trager kitchens were a pleasure to deal with and high standard of work. highly recommend.

This was our first time renovating. We have been so impressed that we're already saving up for our next project with Trager Kitchens & Interiors! From the initial meeting, Tracy and her team were approachable, highly organised and professional, giving us complete confidence in their ability to deliver a new kitchen, dining room and ensuite bathroom to scope and within budget. They did not disappoint. The whole process was enjoyable and hassle-free, helping us to visualise the space and exceeding expectations with their design concepts and selections. Tracy's partnerships with local, high quality tradies was invaluable. We remained in the home whilst renovations took place and had the pleasure of meeting everyone. The team were friendly, courteous, reliable, hard working and displayed exceptional attention to detail. Tracy did an amazing job of coordinating the schedule, thinking innovatively and sharing her extensive knowledge and experience to create a welcoming, cohesive living space. Not only is each room completed to a high standard and beautiful to spend time in, they are also functional and practical for a busy family home. We love spending time in these rooms again. Initially I was nervous starting my renovation, but working with Tracy she listened to my dream and made it real. I particularly liked how easy she made is seam, nothing was too much bother. Her team were professional and I now have a kitchen and bathroom I love! Will work with you again Tracy!

The Kitchen is all and more than we had hoped for.Trager Kitchens & Interiors were very helpful and professionalin all aspects of the design and build.The finished product is outstanding, the tradespeople were veryfastidious in their work and helpful during the build.Anyone thinking of renovating their Kitchen/Bathroom (ect) wouldhighly recommend Trager Kitchens & Interiors for the job.Thank you Tracy.

We were not provided the design service advertised on your website, the white colour picked for drawers did not match the cabinets or tiles. We were proactive and did query this by email once the variations were made, but you provided no consideration of the design ramifications during any phase of this process.Variations galore; with the kitchen you advised everything was included, however we had had to pay for sinks and tapware, and variations for “over fitment allowance” which was not identified as additional costs when we selected tapware. In addition, you have disputed items such as the kitchen splashbacks inclusion (which clearly was within the contract) and had to argue on every issue.You provided variations for the installation of the rangehood that we have not agreed to. Within the contract we should have the rangehood installed fully, which would include flueing the exhaust, which we made very clear with you before the work commenced.When I queried variations that lower the costs, such as removal of the integrated fridge within the cupboards, these were not reduced from variation invoices, at significant cost to us.We have also personally incurred cost to build-up the brick surrounding the kitchen windows following your team’s extraction and disposal of the existing kitchen benchtops, and also paid for additional trades for the rendering behind your splashback installation.The exhaust fan system (delivered and onsite throughout the kitchen renovation) was not installed at all.Following your removal of the existing kitchen there is a cavity exposed (between the ground floor ceiling and the slab for the second floor of our house) where any moist air would have surely gone. At present is currently patched up with the facade covering the whole area ascetically, with no remediation taken of the roofing area removed during original kitchen extraction. I worry that in a wet area this could lead to future issues with moisture gaining access to our ceiling and potential costs in future to remedy. I do not believe this qualifies as proper installation under building standards.We have been significantly delayed from the initial work schedule of 10 August for final clean, with this occurring finally on the 18 September, and only on the laundry and bathroom as we had been forced to move in and clean the kitchen ourselves.Providing your final invoice with the inclusion of “deduction of the shower screen” was the only notification that you were not going to complete this final piece of work. This is massively unprofessional. While you have deducted the cost of the shower screen, but you have not made any provision for reduction of the installation costs in reduction to your final invoice (nor provided remedy in past variations for the integrated fridge).Following our request for a frameless shower screen, we called the supplier for a quotation which came to a c$400 increase on what was quoted. You then called and threatened staff not to supply to us, or you would not work with them in future. This is highly unethical, and put undue pressure on salespeople that are just doing their job by quoting for customers. I subsequently called to apologise to their manager for your behaviour.As you may not be aware, the Home Building Contracts Act 1991 regulates the payment of deposits and progress payments for home building contracts. In short, deposits are limited to 6.5% of the total amount payable and progress payments must represent a ‘genuine’ payment for work already performed or materials or services already supplied. We believe your invoicing to be in breach of this legislation.Contrary to your request, I will be leaving my 1 star Google review and photo of the poor workmanship online. You have caused me a lot of personal stress throughout this process, and I have no intention to remove this review in future, in fact I decided to amend for further information on our dealings – BUYER BEWARE!!!

Tracy is very creative and has an amazing ability to turn something quite outdated and boring into something so beautiful. She has a great team of skilled people working with her and they are all very professional and work around the client’s needs and convenience. I was very happy with the end result and would love to have Tracy redesign and renovate my bathrooms.

I've been photographing Tracy's renovated homes for the last several years and Im never not impressed with her amazing designs and attention to detail. It's always a treat when I receive an email from her regarding a newly finished project to shoot because I just know it's going to be a stunning kitchen!
