Absolutely fantastic staff and all staff know your name not like some generic pharmacists. Lionel, Sandra Sharon and Sue are so wonderful and Otto the newest pharmacist is just a wonderful addition. I would NEVER go to another pharmacy and highly recommend Frankston compounding pharmacy as your local pharmacy. If they don't have it in stock they'll source it for you at the best price!!! And have it the next day!!! Develeped a great relationship with everyone in store and have great advice that's honest and reliable. Would not go anywhere else!!!! 11 out 10.

Lionel and his beautiful team Especially Sharon and Sandra are like family.They never judge me, they get my medication ready in advance and they are more than just a chemist. Lionel gives me great medical advice and cares deeply about his customers. You can’t afford today and you’re a regular, he will trust you to pay him back.Sandra and Sharon will always give you a hug when need be. NO ONE at this pharmacy will question your medication needs even scheduled meds because they know their place and that a Dr has prescribed these for a reason. I refuse to go elsewhere because I do not get treated this well ANYWHERE else. Lionel and his team also often give medical products, food and drink to the homeless or underprivileged without a second thought.Forever my pharmacy.Alex L.

I use this business to make up medication for my dog who is on Trilostane. Their communication is great and they are so reliable. Their price is very fair and I am more than happy to travel outside my area to deal with them. Their staff are lovely and I highly recommend them.
