Good service, we’ve ordered two neon signs from them, that look fantastic. My child accidentally teared off the wire and I took the damaged sign back to them and they repaired it quickly. Thanks so much!

Very disappointed in the piece, wouldn't recommendThe preset design was originally scoped at $399, but cost me $515, took over 60 days from request, moreover neither myself nor sales were sure what product I was getting. The protective cover was scratched indicating poor handling at recieval and when I inquired into a refund was told told refer to factory and they declined my calls
