Jim's Skip Bins Perth

Rude guy. Terrible service.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I will never use any Jim's service after the debacle they offered.

I didn't order a bin but they thought it would be great to block my carport and driveway with a skip bin. After contacting them yesterday I was told someone would call me urgently. This morning after no contact I called again to be told to scrap it.. you dumped a bin blocking my driveway and I have to pay to remove it. If you want poor customer service that don't act on urgent issues caused by their mistakes and don't care about their reputation contact Jims!

I had the worst experience with Jim's Skip Bins. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Will never recommend it to anyone. Kwik Skip has better value and friendlier staff.

Our local 'Jim' is Darren who I have used a couple of times. Could not be happier with the fast service and friendliness of Darren.Great communication and able to offer advice regarding the best sized skip for the job.
