Walk Talk Taste Margaret River

My partner & I stayed at the gourmet glamp accomodation offered through Walk Talk Taste Margaret River. The tent and facilities were beautifully appointed & there isn’t much to fault. I highly recommend this experience if visiting the Margaret river region as it’s truly unique and allows you to experience to best parts of the south west. I self catered for my stay however Kelly offers lovely gourmet boxes that showcase local producers and wineries. I will definitely stay again.

Kel Tannock clearly loves and knows so much about the Margaret River Region, its people, the history and the township. Even as a local, I discovered so much by going on the Walk Talk Taste Evening Tour journey: the incredible food, the knowledge and passion of the restaurant owners, chefs and distillers. The walk was easy, beautiful through secluded sections of Margaret River forest that are right in town, and yet remain largely undiscovered. I felt taken care of, indulged and also met a host of other great people on the night, all loving the experience as much as I did. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Sarina

We love the walk talk taste tours! We've been on a few different ones with our team and these tours are so fun and interesting, even for locals! Kel has this amazing personality and is able to just make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you meet her. Highly recommend Kel and her business :)

I did the evening walking tour which took us on a journey to local restaurants and bars. It was a great way to be introduced to Margaret River's amazing food and drinks (not just wine). Kel is a great host and next time I'm in the area I would love to do the brunch tour. Highly recommend Walk Talk Taste Margaret River.

We have Walked, Talked & Tasted Margaret River 3 times now & it has always been an amazing experience. Kel is the ultimate host, her passion for the history of Margaret River & the amazing venues she collaborates with is so worthwhile. If you are a local, grab a group of friends & go along for an amazing get together for a taste of your favourite venues & finding out about some history you might not have known. If you aren't even better, you get to experience the places in one night, that we would like to keep a locals" secret. Guaranteed to have you visiting them before you leave or when you come back again!"

When my husband and I travel, we love to immerse ourselves into the places we visit, to connect with the locals, talk with them, hear their stories and learn their history. Our best experiences have been when we have guided tours with locals.In Sept 2019, we took a break in Margaret River and we just had to do a Brunch tour with Kel from Walk Talk Test MR. Wow! Kel was amazing! We had the best time. Walking, talking non stop, tasting the amazing food and wine, learning more of the Margaret River history, talking to the locals, hearing their stories and observing their passion. I am West Aussie and I am more in love with Margaret River. We felt we were having the best day out with a great friend with non stop chatter and laughter and learning so much about the area while discovering new places to eat at that we normally would not have considered. Kel is passionate about Margaret River and is a fantastic storyteller.We loved it so much we joined the campfire lunch at Tanah Mara. Another rich and amazing local experience!Highly recommend to everyone!

We were new to Margaret River and wanted to know more about the town and what it offered. The Walk and Talk tour provided this and much more.Too many wonderful and individual adventures to mention. Kelli was a very knowledgable tour guide who introduced us to fabulous places, many of which we knew nothing about. Along the journey we enjoyed local food and wine with great explanations of these from well informed local members of Margaret River. Loved every minute of the tour, didn’t want it to end.

We did the brunch walking tour & both absolutely loved the experience. There was lots of tasting, information, visiting great local food & drink venues, chatting & enjoying! Our guide, Kel, was excellent, so knowledgeable with insider info about the local businesses & produce.

My partner gave me a voucher as a birthday present for Walk Talk Taste Margaret River. When we finally got the chance to travel down for a break, we very much enjoyed the whole experience from start to end. Kel was a fantastic host and made the whole event so much fun. I would highly recommend Walk Talk Taste Margaret River to anyone wanting that Margaret River experience in a relaxing atmosphere.
