My 72 year old mum used your services and I'm writing on her behalf. Outrageous prices. Callout 120 plus 120 per hour. The issue was not fixed the first time and the return visit cost mum over $200 to supposedly refix the original problem. The issue still wasn't fixed but my mum was $420 worse off.

I rang Paul with a retic timer issue. It was apparent he was in the middle of another job but took the time (20 mins) to talk me through my issue which is now resolved. Will definitely use again if need to..Very friendly and professional

Paul dropped everything and got here at a moments notice which was bloody fantastic. Call out fee is now $150/h.( A Plumber has lower rates) I had the solenoid exposed and dug out prior to arrival. The job took him all of 10 minutes to replace a perished diaphragm that I told him was the problem. My bill was $275 for this 10 min job. Parts came out of a new solenoid that wouldn't cost for than $50 new. Just to let you know I would never use or recommend his services to anyone unless money is of little concern but hats off for coming round at a moments notice!

I called Paul to sort out a retic issue for me at short notice. He was able to squeeze me in at very short notice and was able to fix my issue and educate me at the same tim.

We employed Paul to do a number of complex jobs. All of which are working really well now. I would recommend him, nice bloke too.

Paul was asked to check the solenoid on two lines in my retic. He spent 4 hours at a charge out rate of $130 plus a call out fee of $130 = $650 and, in that time. only repaired one line. He also charged me an extra $179 for ancillaries which I didn't ask for. He was invited to come back to fix the solenoid (which I had exposed) but chose not to reply to many invitations to do so. All I can say is that I would never dream of using him again.

Great service rang Paul in the morning and he was very busy but took the time to come the same day and resolved my problem in less than 30 mins and was very helpful and professional would certainly use again in the future

I was greatly disappointed with Paul as he did not finish the job that was supposed to be done. He promised to come back to complete the job but after organising 3x appointments, he never turned up. Paul charged me $99.00 call out fee and $99.00 hourly rate and worked for 2.25 hrs. I spent $450.00 for a job half done. I definitely will not recommend him to anybody.

Attended my partner’s residence in Winthrop to diagnose an irrigation issue.She’s a hard working single mum and this bloke took full advantage of that.2.5hrs and $850 later the diagnosis from Paul was, supposedly ruling out a few issues but still unconfirmed, contact blah blah blah re a whole new bore pump!$850 for a couple hrs of completely useless labour achieving absolutely nothing then referred onto his obvious thieving partner in crime to sting her further.What a joke.Don’t go near him.We’re taking this to the ombudsman and consumer protection.
