My experience was positive. Christina A in particular was very keen to help, personable, friendly and organised. I spent about 3 months here before getting a decent job I applied for via the agency.

If I could rate 1/2 a star I would.Not helpful at all, waste of time and they spend 15 minutes with you just staring at them typing on their computer. they make you feel like nothing, and they suspend your payments over petty reasons as if you don't got bills to pay

Christina is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. I’m privileged enough to have never previously been in a position where I am relying on government assistance for payments or job seeking however I hate to think this is the way underprivileged members of the community are being treated. Everybody deserves respect regardless of their socioeconomic status and this job centre is treating people like dirt. I’m going to bring this to the attention of the relevant authorities because social equality is no joke.

Despite being registered with the Southbank branch, I got a message from this branch asking me to call them back. When I called them back, the receptionist that picked up was extremely rude. I apparently had a stutter that they thought was okay to mimic and insult me with multiple times even going so far as to constantly interrupt me. I could be nice and assume that it's unintentional eg. They have a stutter themselves or something else but they made it clear that wasn't the case because they were laughing. Looking at the other reviews on this place this isn't the first time the receptionist has been rude to people.It doesn't help that they don't even seem to try at thier jobs. I notice that they left a voicemail but there was no history of them actually calling in my call logs. It looks like they did a sly style call. If you get the chance I recommend reporting them appropriate government services. You're probably more likely to lose your payments because of these guys.

The WORST job agency that I've ever encountered.They have ZERO interest in finding you work. Their sole purpose is to 'process' you and leech government funds for doing so.They never conduct interviews on time. You are always forced to wait a minimum of half an hour.An 'interview' consists not of sitting down with a job agent, but instead being asked by the receptionist in full view of every other client in the waiting area whether or not you've met your requirements, after which you are given your next appointment date, and off you go.It is a revolving door of government grants, and you are the enabler of this by signing up with them. DO NOT let these leeches make a living off doing absolutely nothing in regards to finding you work.Even if you do find work yourself and provide evidence that you have been working, they will still expect you to look for 20 jobs, even though you've been working full hours / full week. Ridiculous!

Martin one of the Office ladies she called me and she was rude and when she was talking to me she was eating at the same time no respect at all, no help at all, they dont have any jobs.

If, you want to feel like, a, nothing, this, is where to go, a person who dosnt know, me, or, know, my situation telling me i earn enough money i should give up my concession card. Im in shock the nerve

this is the worst place i have come across, they cut your payments for no reason and there excuse is they could not contact you on the phone, martha is the worst in there, she dont listen to clients, i am very ill with gastro and cant make it in there and she expects me to, if i get there, there will be a gastro problem and a mess everywhere for her to clean up, i have told her to contact my dr to confirm it till now she has not done that, they need to have some respect and listen to clients no wonder the place has alot of bad reviews its because they dont listen to there clients
