Direct Freight Express

FANTASTIC SERVICE !!! I have been dealing with the Toowoomba branch for a few months, the gentleman that delivers to me fortnightly is terrific. I know the drivers in the courier industry are time poor but this gentleman does everything possible to help me. Today I found all of my boxes inside my front door as he knows I struggle to lift my fortnightly delivery of goods. Best courier I have dealt with in a long time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!! Freight arrived into town on a Thursday. The courier didn't even try to deliver it Friday. Attempted to deliver on a Saturday, to a business, when we're closed. Drives around all day Monday, waits until we're closed, then tries to deliver it again. NOTE: It's not a secret we're a business that operate during business hours. Any other freight company would've delivered it Friday.

These Guys Regularly Delver Cartons from Sydney to our Toowoomba store within 2 working days , except Tuesdays Direct freight for some weird reason don't send freight through from Brisbane . Most of the time all Items arrive within 2 days but sometime a carton will go on a trip to Cairns or somewhere for a couple of days :) .

I was home all day no knock on the door. Apparently parcel was left but I never recieved it! Will make sure this service is never used when I buy something again!

Package was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. I called this morning to see when I could be expecting it and was told that the package had been transferred to a different company for delivery. I'm not sure of usual process of delivery companies, but this means I would no longer track my package. The customer service team were unable to tell me when it would be delivered, nor could they tell me the details of the company who would be delivering it. For a company who prides themselves on carefully tracking their packages every step of the way and giving their customers the ability to access information on each and every shipment, this is pretty poor performance.

Delivered Sydney to Toowoomba in 2 days and the truck driver called me to let him know he was on his way! Couldn't Recommend them more.

Too bad if you live even slightly rural with this lot. Consignment arrived in Toowoomba on a Thursday and online tracking said it was due for delivery on the following day. Come Wednesday it still hadn't arrived, so I call them and am told the contractor only serves our rural area on Fridays. No answer when I asked why it wasn't delivered the previous Friday. Do not trust their online freight estimator or their online tracking service. Total farce!

Horrible wouldn't order through them again my item sat in Brisbane for three days got scanned at 6:46am still didnt come to toowoomba phoned them to noumrourses times waited for them to call never got back to me at all

Reliable transit times into Brisbane and regional QLD centers from our Melbourne office. Collection of goods from the Brisbane depot is relatively easy and the blokes there are quick and helpful.
