Synergy - Hair, Beauty & Massage

Olivia once again worked her magic and made my hair look fantastic! Always know I’m in safe hands having my hair done by her - full head of foils and at a great price point too. The other ladies (I want to say Maddy and Estelle…?) were also brilliant tending to another client and her newborn; being mindful of bub and doing a wonderful job of helping mum relax during her treatment, a refreshingly supportive and professional environment. Synergy have a regular for as long as they’ll have me, a fantastic local gem!

I called Synergy on Monday, and they were (understandably!) not open - but within minutes the owner, Deborah, called me back - she apologised that she was not opened on Mondays (she was absolutely delightful to speak to) and made me the first next appointment for Tuesday (the very next day). When I arrived there, Pauline greeted me, she is so lovely. Then Erin did my hair colour (with Maddie's help - she checked she had made the right choice). She did! I am SO VERY IMPRESSED with all of these beautiful women, and I absolutely recommend them any time. I have hair extensions (done at the wonderful salon M&Co Woodend - these girls knew Megan Sterasina's work and loved it and treated it so! ..... I have a found my new hairdresser in Sunbury! Oh, and prices very good.... Thank you Lovely Ladies XXX

Had my hair done here for quite sometime, all the girls are lovely, would recommend Olivia especially and also Estelle. I've never been walked out disappointed, after my neighbour going to so many different salons, she has also started going to Olivia and has not turned back, thank you ladies for your brilliant services!

I had my hair coloured by booking early this year from Synergy and was very upset with the outcome. I asked for a light brown colour and what I got was black (or darkest brown). I originally have light brown hair. I don't know why I paid $100 for a totally poor quality, unprofessional, unsatisfactory job! Unhappy customer.

Hair.From Scotland and had my first Aussie hair cut- so reasonably price since I needed a full head of colour and cut for $190- I also have extremely thick hair. The girls did an amazing job was so delighted with it. I cannot thank you both enough they were so kind and great chat! Would highly recommend this wee place. Highly recommend Synergy Hair and Beauty. Olivia, Estelle, Erin and Maddie are all very experienced in what they do. My hair always looks great afterwards and they get it a nice creamy blonde too.

I arrived without making a booking, and 20 minutes later I was in the chair. The lady who cut my hair was very pleasant and nice, and more importantly, did a really good job. Personally speaking, $26 for a hair cut is fair and reasonable. I'll be back!

Took my 12 year old and was very disappointed. $35 for a hair cut which was expensive in itself, but then they asked my 12 year old did she want her hair straightened. Of course she said yes, assuming it was part of the hair cut, which it is in every other salon we have been to. Went to pay the bill, was told it was $55 as $20 extra to straighten shoulder length hair of a 12 year old!! When I queried the amount the response I got was a shrug of the shoulders and a couldn't care less attitude. Would definitely not recommended unless happy to fork out $55 for a 12 year old.
