’m a remedial massage therapist and I’m very picky for getting massage , I tried massage chair before like $2 for 5 mins and it was just wasted money but I was always curious about this in touch massage chair how good they are ( I didn’t expect any good ) ....amezing .they can find trigger point especially around QL and they can do stretching , can find knots.So I decided to buy , they do payment plan as well so it’s good . Can’t wait end of month .

I am normally someone who does not write reviews but I feel thot this needed to mentioned as public service announcement. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Diane at the Sanctuary Cove showroom. She is highly knowledgeable and treated both my husband and I respectfully and treated me holistically. She truly above and beyond and listened to what I was looking for and the issues with my back. I explained my chronic neck, thoracic and sacral back issues. I explained the sheer amount of medications that I needed to manage my chronic pain. I was teary in the showroom, Diane patiently listened to my issues. She immediately sat me into the smart guide evolve. There was no job too big or too small as she was professional, courteous most accomodating, friendly, pleasant, well spoken. I am a Registered Nurse and have spent so much money for weekly thai massages, physio & osteopath appoints. In one year I calculated all how much I would spend of my thai massages, osteopath, physiotherapy appointments upwards of $5600 alone. It was truly a wonderful experience to sit back on the chair in the showroom. I was referred to Intouch massage to purchase this massage chair by my own Thai massage masseuse. This speaks volumes of how good this chair m is. My budget at the time was $2000, I ended up paying $6000, they also do have payment instalments which I thought was extremely accomodating for other clients. My money was well spent. This chair can do it all. I love the preset programs but my absolute favourite was the panel of the back control, it is the equivalent of telling my masseuse of exactly where to work on. This machine is well worth the money. I did sit on other brands from Harvey Norman Livmore, Costco were massage chair, but none of were those ones were for me as it was not able to tailor to my specific needs. I also liked the fact that when I came back to see Diane again working at Westfield Garden City where she was kind enough to go through all features of the chair again, and how place the cushion/padding placement. To Intouch head office, please give Diane a pay rise as she deserves it!!! We need more Dianes in the world!! This smart guide evolve massage chair is in a league of its own and makes all the other massage chairs out there seem inferior. I did have a few minor issues and the customer care team they so helpful and addressed any issues or concerns promptly and they ended up replacing my existing chair with a brand new one. It is money well spent. I will be recommending Intouch massage to my family, friends and fellow nursing colleagues. I wholeheartedly thank you Intouch for giving me my life back
