Al has to be one of the keenest people to asist a customer I've ever met. He goes out of his way and gives quality advice. I needed a battery for our Porsche he was only too happy to explain which of the 4 brands was right and best suited for our car. He explained the warranty, where they are made and on price which to chose all things being equal.Yesterday I need a specific battery for my Lotus, same thing again, he went out of his way to help me, got 1 of the 4 batteries he suggested, not the most expensive BTW and wow my car starts like a dream. Exceptional, funny and well priced.

The service has been fantastic and they go beyond what they need to. Its now my first port of call for anything to do with camping, electronics, batteries and auto electrical bits and pieces. If they don't have it they will get it in or tell you where you can get it. And prices are very reasonable in comparison with some of the franchised" competitors"
