Ease of ordering, sheets are of good quality. Happy with purchase & delivery was quite speedy. Better quality than in most shops these days. Will shop there again.

Purchased 2 terry towelling bath robes.2 days of use and the hanging tag on one came off.Not a happy camper.

Whilst I can confirm the bedding is good quality and affordable, the service is shocking. I ordered some sheets but it took two weeks to receive them. And they sent the wrong colour! I contacted them and was told I should keep them and they'll give me a 10% discount on my next order because it costs too much to replace them. Naturally, I made a fuss, and they suggested I travel to one of their stores and swap them there to save the costs. None of which are located anywhere near me. I proceeded to complain. Finally, they agreed to send me the sheets I ordered! It's been another two weeks, and I am still waiting for them to arrive... I would not recommend ordering online if you want to ensure you get the right product in a timely fashion.

Good quality products and the delivery is super quick. The service is also excellent as the staff email me to follow up to ensure I have received the products. I never get this type of follow up email from other online purchase.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. After placing an order online today I had an inquiry about the shipping time frames as I wanted this delivered prior to Christmas. And they have kindly arranged to have my item express posted at no extra cost to me to ensure I receive my items before Christmas. I am very grateful for their kind gesture and I look forward to receiving my items purchased as I am sure the quality will be fantastic.
