I saw Jason Lam a year ago, thinking I would never dance professionally again. Today I just got the lead in a major dance musical. Care with Jason was literally life changing.

Dr. Angela Lei is incredible. I had back troubles that were pretty debilitating. Angela did a thorough job and came to a conclusion and diagnosis that I wasn't expecting. Thanks to her, I'm back on the road, running and cycling, within weeks of the appointment. I'm so grateful. To top it off, she was thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommend her as a doctor!

When asked for a mask as I had forgotten one to attend the pathology clinic next door, I was told no and to ask the Pathology clinic itself. I insisted that I had tried but there was no one there to help as they were held up with patients. I assumed wearing a mask no matter where it's from is better than no mask at all. However, the lady at reception still denied giving me one, so I had to leave and head home to get one. I also had my 5 year old with me. I'm sorry but a medical clinic not allowing a mask to a mother waiting for an appointment for her child is ridiculous.

Dr Ei-Cheng Chui was amazing, it might be the first time ever that a Dr has run on time! As this was my first appointment, he took the time understand my situation, family history and health concerns. I have struggled to find a family Dr in the region but I have now found this in Dr Chui. This guy is awesome - highly recommended!

Long time patient at this practice, and they are terrific. Since my doctor retired I have been seeing Kate and I’ve found her caring, good listener and made me feel really at ease at the change of doctors..I’m a mature age patient and would thoroughly recommend Kate or any Doctor at Bluff Road Medical

If I could give more stars for the practice manager Jenny I would as she is fabulous to deal with.However my lack of 5 stars is for Dr Alison Sully. I booked a appointment today that was for a hours time, I called back 10 minutes later to cancel as I thought about my last few appointments with Dr Sully and I don’t feel comfortable seeing her as she shows no empathy or ethics as a doctor. Sure enough I get told the doctor is charging me $99 for a cancellation fee, as the doctors are sole traders the charge of a cancellation fee is entirely up to them. I would understand if the appointment was booked hours in advance and then cancelled though not within 10 minutes of making a booking.When looking over the reviews I can see that amongst the many great reviews about the clinic there is another terrible review about Dr Sully, if this isn’t a telltale sign to seek a different doctor at the clinic then I don’t know what is.Thankfully the practice manager was able to resolve this issue after my visit to the clinic and has since wiped the fee that was advised to be charged by Dr Sully. I write this review to warn others of Dr Sully, unless you want to be taken for your money and feel belittled by her avoid seeing her at all costs.

Dr Anita Bearzatto was amazing, very friendly and comfortable to speak with. I had my sons tongue tie snipped and she was quick and efficient. Reception ladies were very welcoming and friendly.

I've been seeing Dr Jason Lam for 5+ years now. He always goes above and beyond for me, makes me feel super comfortable and understood! The best GP I've had :-)

I needed a last minute appointment and the receptionist was able to fit me in the same day! Super friendly team and I found Dr Pradeep Vijayanand to be a great listener, who went through everything with me in detail - I didn't feel rushed at all. All around a really great experience.
